Sam Lindsay
Yoga is quieting the mind, relaxing, and connecting within. I am certified through Breathe for Change in Hatha yoga, restorative yoga, trauma-informed teachings, and inclusive practices such as chair yoga. Additionally, I hold a Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator certification and lead enriching yoga and mindfulness camps, aftercare programs, and classes for kids.
